Wat jij doet

As Scrum Master you know how to apply Agile principles and the Scrum process framework. You act as a mentor or coach and can challenge and support the team to get the best possible output. You have the ability to work as a proactive facilitator, who can flexibly deal with changing circumstances.
You will work with the following tools and techniques:
  • Agile/Scrum software development
  • Java software development
  • Continuous Integration & Delivery
  • Jenkins, Nexus, Maven/Gradle, GIT, BitBucket
  • Unit Testing, Test Automation, Cucumber

Ben jij het?

We are in search of a colleague who:
  • Has experience with guiding, facilitating, motivating and coaching Agile Scrum teams;
  • Has experience with initiating changes and guiding process improvements;
  • Is capable of managing more than one team at a time;
  • Is creative, open, flexible;
  • Is a team-player;
  • Wants to contribute to a safe and secure society;
  • Graduated on at least Bachelor level;
  • At least 4 years relevant professional experience a similar role;
  • EU nationality due to security screening requirements.
