In this new position of QESH Manager Group, you will take care of the quality-, environmental, safety and health management for the Group. You will be responsible for carrying out risk assessments and countermeasures to reduce and mitigate risks. You will enforce everyone to follow the QESH policies to ensure a safe working environment. You will be the main contact for customers and suppliers on QESH matters as well as the management representative to maintain the QESH system. You will report to the COO.

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve the ISO certified qualityand environmental management systems in the Group companies (reviews, audits and improving work procedures);
• Adequate procedures to secure product quality;
• Matching the working procedures with the actual way of working and vice versa;
• Compliance with the local rules and law;
• Employee awareness and training on safety, health and environment;
• Risk assessment of health and safety situation;
• Risk assessment for new chemicals;
• Deviating safely from safety policy if necessary (chemical, explosion, electrical and other);
• Ensuring a safe working environment;
• Securing correct risk assessment of the products;
• Implementing sustainability policy (energy saving, waste reduction, carbon neutral by 2050);
• Moderating continuous improvements (Kaizen);
