By following the Young professional program to grow even more. There are a number of educational programs for science graduates. These have a specific technical theme like installation technology or mechatronics. What you learn during the course, can immediately be put into practice at your work.

Apply knowledge in practice
Are you motivated? Do you want to keep growing and learning? Take part of one of Voort’s Young professional programs. This is the ideal combination of working and learning. Together, we’ll find a workplace that suits you and your ambitions. You are to work at one of our clients. Alongside your work, you’ll follow a course for a year. In that year, there are 12 course days. These are all about your development in both technical and personal areas.
Learn about recent developments
The course content is focused on recent developments within the market. In a small group, you expand on themes that are innovative and asked for by clients in the current practice. Because of the group size, there’s enough time to ask the coaches and teachers your questions. You can also add your own elective modules, so the program fits your interests and job.
There are many advantages to the study programs. You can quickly create a large network of technical professionals. You’ll receive an annual employment contract with good fringe benefits. And the Young professional program is entirely paid for by Voort.
Higher installation technology (Vocational Education)
You can join the Higher installation technology program (in Dutch) if you have completed a Vocational Education course in installation technology, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering. In this program, you can choose to focus on electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Depending on your choice, you’ll have either 21 or 25 course days. The focus is on exclusively on technical development. So during the course days, you’ll only spend time on technical modules. You receive an employment contract for the duration of the program.
